Wyong Employment Zone incorporates three distinct areas: Halloran, Warner Industrial Park, and Airport Supplier Park.

Warner Industrial Park is located to the west of the Sydney-Newcastle Expressway with Sparks Road adjoining the southern boundary and Hue Hue Road adjoining the western boundary.

The industrial subdivision incorporates a range of lot sizes with the main access to the Industrial Park from Sparks Road and Hue Hue Road
